Contract Documents may be obtained by e-mailing [email protected] and providing the requestor’s name, company, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number. The requestor will be provided with a link to downloadable PDFs of the Contract Documents, as well as information on how to access the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting.
PDF Contract Documents are provided to potential Bidders specifically for bid consideration and preparation purposes. The Contract Documents are the property of Calleguas and receipt of those documents by potential Bidders does not confer any property right to potential Bidders. Potential Bidders shall not post or share the Contract Documents in any publicly available location on the internet or elsewhere. Potential Bidders are permitted to share Contract Documents with potential Subcontractors and/or potential material Suppliers related to the Work, solely for the preparation of a Bid for the Work. Posting or sharing of the Contract Documents for any purpose other than those set forth herein may result in disqualification of any Bid submitted, and such determination shall be in the sole discretion of Calleguas.
