Capital Projects
Calleguas operates an extensive wholesale potable water system, three relatively small recycled water systems, and the Salinity Management Pipeline. With a capital budget averaging approximately $30 million per year, Calleguas’ projects focus on rehabilitation and replacement of aging infrastructure, improvement of local water supply reliability, and extension of the Salinity Management Pipeline to facilitate local water supply and water quality projects.
